Home Inspector Jacob Kucera
My name is Jacob Kucera. I am the owner of Kucera Home Inspections, and I run a fully-insured and state-licensed home inspection business. My Illinois license is through ASHI, and my certification is through ICA. I specialize in roof, exterior, interior, electrical, HVAC/AC, plumbing, and appliances inspections. I have been a journeyman carpenter since 1998. I have worked in both residential and commercial industries. I specialized in projects building custom homes, hotels, hospitals, retirement homes, offices in high-rise buildings, outlet stores, and big-box warehouses.

The structure and functions of a home are second nature to me. I am devoted to the needs of my clients for their future home investments. No one wants a home that they later find out is full of costly repairs that were not found before purchasing. I pride myself on finding broken, deficient, improperly installed, and worn-out components within the homes I inspect.
